Absolutely get your engagement ring from DBY! I am a Perth based customer and was worried about purchasing online. However the process was made so easy! All my questions were answered in depth. Nothing was too hard for them to do as I requested customisations to one of their existing ring designs. The ring is more spectacular than I imagined in real life and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. The quality you get for the price you pay is unmatched! Highly recommend Diamonds by You! The overall experience from start to finish was effortless, and the team were always happy to help. The customer service, reliability, communication, quality of jewellery and pricing were second to none. I loved seeing the draft design in CAD so you could really visualise and fine tune the piece before it was made. The turnaround time was really great too. A great small business!

I can not speak high enough of the service I received from Diamonds by You. I started my enquiry from a pop up add on instagram and sent across my desired design, the team from Diamonds by You were very quick to respond to all my questions and pass along all relevant information. David was very helpful in assisting me pick the best possible centre diamond for my parameters and then have my design draft completed and sent across for my approval in a very timely manner. Diamonds By You have been the most incredible business to have dealings with they are professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally well priced. We communicated only via Instagram and the end product is better than I dreamed, David takes real pride and care in his craftmanship and you can tell in the final product. I will and have already reccommended Diamond by You to all my friends and family

I would recommend Diamonds By You to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience walking away with a smile on their face. I happened to find an ad on Facebook market and researched some more then found Instagram and website. My eye caught a stunning design and wanted to try it on. I gave everything I was looking for to David and he delivered. The customer service is exceptional and very responsive online answering the many questions I had. I queried the night before, saw David the next day, tried the ring, resized took one day and the ring was ready within 2 days since first point of contact. A Happy woman I am 🤗😍 Thank you David and team.

I enquired about getting a ring made and the responses to my questions were answered very prompt and it really helped me make a decision as to what size gemstone I wanted.
When the ring was made, I was sent a video and a picture of the completed ring. It looked amazing and I could not wait to receive it.
When the ring arrived, I was very happy with how it looked. It was a little big and getting resized was not an issue. I highly recommend Diamonds By You for their customer service, very reasonably priced and quality of work in making my beautiful ring. I will definitely will coming back to get another one made in the future!

I recommend to everyone..the owner answers all your questions no natter how many you have and advises you on whats best.
The prices by diamond by you are one over kind and very hard to find anywhere else and he creates amazing stuff for you based on your budget..

I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I received from David. From starting my inquiry to the finished product I experienced high end service and felt like a valued customer. Diamonds By You was professional, knowledgeable and creative. We communicated via Instagram and the end product was more than amazing. David listened to all of the ideas I had and made recommendations for not only a stunning product but also a structurally sound piece of jewellery I will treasure forever! My piece came via tracked express postage to me in a cute little jewellery pouch and case.

After a lot of research on different jewellers I came across Diamonds By You. My partner and I designed my dream engagement ring with Diamonds By You. It was an easy process with the help of the Diamonds By You team and being able to select the size and quality of my diamond and all my questions were answered. We were provided with a mock up design of what my ring would look like and pictures of the exact IGI certified diamond. When my partner proposed I saw the ring in real life and it was PERFECT! I am so so happy with it. We will be getting my wedding band made by Diamonds By You and have recommended them to our family and friends!
