Nothing was too hard for them to do as I requested customisations to one of their existing ring designs. I happened to find an ad on Facebook market and researched some more then found Instagram and website. My eye caught a stunning design and wanted to try it on. I queried the night before, saw David the next day, tried the ring, resized took one day and the ring was ready within 2 days since first point of contact. I enquired about getting a ring made and the responses to my questions were answered very prompt and it really helped me make a decision as to what size gemstone I wanted. When the ring was made, I was sent a video and a picture of the completed ring. It looked amazing and I could not wait to receive it. When the ring arrived, I was very happy with how it looked. It was an easy process with the help of the Diamonds By You team and being able to select the size and quality of my diamond and all my questions were answered. We were provided with a mock up design of what my ring would look like and pictures of the exact IGI certified diamond. When my partner proposed I saw the ring in real life and it was PERFECT!
