David was very helpful in assisting me pick the best possible centre diamond for my parameters and then have my design draft completed and sent across for my approval in a very timely manner. I happened to find an ad on Facebook market and researched some more then found Instagram and website. My eye caught a stunning design and wanted to try it on. I enquired about getting a ring made and the responses to my questions were answered very prompt and it really helped me make a decision as to what size gemstone I wanted.
When the ring was made, I was sent a video and a picture of the completed ring. It looked amazing and I could not wait to receive it.
When the ring arrived, I was very happy with how it looked. It was a little big and getting resized was not an issue. I highly recommend Diamonds By You for their customer service, very reasonably priced and quality of work in making my beautiful ring. After a lot of research on different jewellers I came across Diamonds By You. My partner and I designed my dream engagement ring with Diamonds By You. It was an easy process with the help of the Diamonds By You team and being able to select the size and quality of my diamond and all my questions were answered. We were provided with a mock up design of what my ring would look like and pictures of the exact IGI certified diamond. When my partner proposed I saw the ring in real life and it was PERFECT!
